Application Process
Positions
Up to three physician assistant (PA) fellows will be accepted each year for the Hospital Internal Medicine Fellowship Program at Mayo Clinic in Arizona. One PA Fellow will be selected for each track.
How to apply
Step 1
Complete the online Mayo School of Health Sciences on-line Application for Admission.
A non-refundable $35 application fee is payable by credit card via the online application.
Step 2
Submit the following materials:
- Transcripts
- Letters of recommendation
- Immunization Record
Please send the required materials that are NOT completed online, plus any transcripts not sent directly to MSHS, in one envelope to:
