Positions
One candidate is accepted each year for the Physical Therapy Geriatric Residency at Mayo Clinic in Arizona on a competitive basis. The program begins in September.
How to apply
Your application and all supporting documentation must be received by Monday, April 30, 2012.
Step 1
Complete the online Application for Admission
After you create an account and/or log-in, please select Application for Admission.
You will submit a non-refundable $35 application fee, payable by credit card via the online application.
Step 2

Step 3
The selection committee carefully reviews each application. Individuals considered for an appointment may be invited to Mayo Clinic in Arizona for an in-person interview or interviewed by telephone. In some cases, other arrangements may be made.
Step 4
Appointment letters are mailed approximately June 1. Your reply is expected within 10 business days.
