Positions
There are two 16-week Fellowships in Perioperative Nursing offered each year. Mayo School of Health Sciences accepts up to six students per Fellowship class at Mayo Clinic in Arizona on a competitive basis.
How to apply
Candidates who meet the criteria must submit their application and all supporting documentation for the Spring program by November 30, 2012. Applications and all supporting documentation for the Fall program must be received by May 1 of the year in which you wish to begin the program. Incomplete applications are not reviewed by the program's admissions committee.
*Please note, we will not be offering a Fall program in 2012.
- Complete and submit the Mayo School of Health Sciences' online application, including one letter of reference. A non-refundable $35 application fee is payable by credit card via the online application:
- Complete and submit the Mayo Clinic online application.
- The selection committee carefully reviews each complete application and schedules interviews with qualified candidates.
