One student is accepted each semester for the Exercise Science Internship Program at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville.

How to Apply

Step 1: Contact Mayo School of Health Sciences with your request.

Step 2: Submit the following:

Transcripts must be submitted with your request to Mayo School of Health Sciences.
Essay describing your goals regarding this career choice.
Letter of recommendation from a professor in your program major

Step 3: Applicants considered for the internship will have a personal interview with the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Unit's staff.
