Housing

MSHS does not have dormitories or on-campus housing. Therefore, students are responsible for arranging housing while attending school.

Rochester offers affordable housing options, including single and multiple family dwellings and apartment rental and lease units. Many apartments are available within walking distance to the campus, as well as along city bus routes.

Housing costs vary widely depending on the accommodations. Students often share apartments, thereby lowering their rent.

Mayo has short-term housing available for students who will be in Rochester for no more than six months.

You can obtain more information about housing from the Chamber of Commerce, a real estate agent, the MSHS student bulletin board or the Post Bulletin newspaper.
