Qualifications
Applicants must have taken and passed USMLE Steps 1, 2 and 3 on the first attempt.
Applicants must have graduated from an accredited surgery residency or equivalent. If you are a foreign medical graduate, you must have recent (within two years of application) ECFMG certification.
All applicants must be eligible for licensure in the State of Florida and successful retention of a Florida medical license is mandatory before starting the fellowship. Failure to obtain a Florida medical license disqualifies you from this fellowship.
