Positions
There is one position available each year in the Primary Care
Sports Medicine Fellowship.
How to Apply
MSGME does not process printed applications to this program. To apply, you need to use the third-party application service, Apply Yourself.
In addition to the standard application materials required by MSGME, this program requires the following additional supporting materials to be submitted with your online application:
- A letter from your residency program director describing your residency performance
Appointments are made through the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) Specialty Matching Services (SMS). All candidates must register through the SMS.

Your application must be submitted by September 30 of the
year preceding the appointment date. The academic year begins
July 1.
Applicants considered for an appointment will
be invited to visit Mayo Clinic for a personal interview with
the program director and selected faculty. Interviews are conducted between October and
December each year.
