Program Description
Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Fla., offers a one-year, fully accredited Sleep Medicine Fellowship.
Program highlights include:
- Comprehensive clinical training to ensure you possess sound clinical judgment and a high level of knowledge about the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of all sleep disorders
- Diverse elective opportunities
- Research electives with consultant mentorship
- Opportunity for elective rotation at the other Mayo sites

Accreditation
The Sleep Medicine Fellowship Program at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM).
Certification
This fellowship results in eligibility for the American Board of Sleep Medicine (ABSM) certification examination in sleep medicine.
Program History
The Sleep Medicine Fellowship began in 2004. It is anticipated that one fellow will complete training in this program annually.
