To apply for the Peripheral Nerve Surgery Fellowship, candidates must be board eligible and fully trained residents in neurosurgery, orthopedics or a similar surgical reconstructive specialty. Candidates for this fellowship must demonstrate a profound interest in the study of peripheral nerve surgery.
Appointments for the Peripheral Nerve Surgery Fellowship are made through interviews, letters of recommendations and advance arrangements with the applicant's program director. Preference is given to applicants pursuing an academic career.
The program is designed as a one-year training experience. In special circumstances, a two-year position may be considered.
