Three ACGME-accredited positions are available in Mayo Clinic's Colon and Rectal Surgery Residency each year. Applicants wishing to apply must be enrolled in or have completed training in an ACGME-accredited general surgery residency program.

One non-accredited position is also available. Applicants who completed their general surgery residency in a non-ACGME-accredited program are eligible to apply for our one-year non-accredited fellowship.
