Application Process
Positions
One position is available every other academic year on a competitive basis, beginning with the July 2013 fellowship. This is a two-year fellowship.
How to apply
Before you apply, please contact Michele Griggs, program coordinator, for instructions on how to access the online application system "Apply Yourself." Instructions will include what supporting documentation needs to be uploaded with your application.
The Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education does not process printed applications to this program. To apply, you need to use the third-party application service, Apply Yourself.
You also need to register with the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) as part of the application process.
Applications are due by March 1 each year, per the schedule below:

If you are considered for an appointment, you will be invited to Mayo Clinic in Arizona for an interview with the program director and selected faculty. Interviews are generally conducted annually March through May.
