Application Process

Positions

There is one position available every other academic year in the Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine Fellowship at Mayo Clinic Rochester.

How to apply

MSGME does not process printed applications to this program. To apply, you need to use the third-party application service, Apply Yourself.

In addition to the standard application materials required by MSGME, this program requires the following additional supporting materials to be submitted with your online application:

  • Three letters of recommendation; one must be from the program director of your Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency program
  • Dean's letter
  • Copy of official USMLE transcripts

Applications are due by October 1 the year prior to starting the fellowship. The fellowship program begins in July.

If you are selected for interview, you will be asked to visit Mayo Clinic in Rochester between October 1 and December 1 to meet with the program director and selected faculty.
