Department and Faculty

The Division of Neurology at Nemours is composed of four M.D.s and two Ph.D.s, with additional faculty members being recruited. All Nemours faculty members hold academic appointments in Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and actively interact and collaborate with their colleagues at Mayo Clinic in Florida and Mayo Clinic in Minnesota.

Each faculty member is committed to patient care, education, research and inquiry in their daily practice. All faculty members actively participate in resident training. In addition, child neurology residents have the opportunity to work with more than 100 other pediatric faculty members at Nemours and Wolfson Children's Hospital, as well as the faculty members at Mayo Clinic.

The Adult Neurology Residency faculty at Mayo Clinic in Florida is composed of specialists who are committed to patient care, education and research in their daily practices. Many of our faculty members have published and lectured extensively and are well-regarded in their field. You have direct access to these individuals throughout your training.

Each of the 18 neurology department faculty members belongs to a group of neurological subspecialists who supply unique clinical and research services to patients and colleagues. These subspecialty groups are integrated cross-campus with consultants at Mayo's practices in Florida, Minnesota and Arizona.
