Program description
The two-year Rheumatology Fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Florida offers you an unmatched opportunity to become an accomplished rheumatologist. During this fellowship, you will learn and practice the fundamentals of rheumatology. You will also have opportunities to experience the depth and breadth of both clinical and investigative rheumatology.
Accreditation
The Rheumatology Fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Florida is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
Certification
Once you have successfully completed the Rheumatology Fellowship, you will be eligible to take the American Board of Internal Medicine's subspecialty examination in rheumatology.
Program history
The Rheumatology Fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Fla., began in 2011. It is expected that one fellow will begin this program annually.
