Two positions are available annually in the Cardiology, Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology Fellowship on a competitive basis with all other advanced cardiology fellowships.
How to apply
You must apply through ApplyYourself, a third-party application service. No matching program services are used.
The application form and all supporting documentation must be submitted by Jan. 31 of the year preceding the appointment date (approximately 17 months in advance). The academic year begins in early July.
- To apply to the program, visit the ApplyYourself website. All applications to Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education programs must include these application materials. In addition, this fellowship requires a letter of recommendation from your residency program director or the department chair.
- Applicants considered for an appointment will be invited to visit Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., for a personal interview with the program director and selected faculty. Interviews are conducted between February and April each year.
