Qualifications

To apply to the Aerospace Medicine Fellowship, you must:

  • Have successfully completed an M.D. or D.O. program
  • Be board certified/eligible in an ABMS recognized clinical specialty
  • Have satisfied the Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education (MSGME) application requirements
  • Have completed medical training in the top 20% academically
  • Be committed to Aerospace Medicine, including participation in flying, hypobaric and hyperbaric training, crew/passenger safety training, and other physiologic training activities
