There are two positions available in the Advanced Interventional Cardiology Fellowship in Structural Heart Disease at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., each year on a competitive basis.

The application form and all supporting documentation must be submitted by Aug. 31 of the year preceding the appointment date. The academic year begins July 1.
To apply to the program, visit the ApplyYourself website. All applications to Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education programs must include these application materials. In addition, this fellowship requires these other supporting materials to be submitted with your online application:
- A letter from your interventional cardiology program director
- At least two other letters of recommendation
- Applicants considered for an appointment will be invited to visit Mayo Clinic for a personal interview with the program director and selected faculty.
