Qualifications

To apply to this fellowship, you must be a board-eligible graduate of an accredited family medicine, internal medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, or emergency medicine residency program.

Applicants must be able to obtain a full Florida medical license. Some sports medicine experience is preferable.
