Positions
Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville typically accepts one-to-two fellows each year in its Pain Medicine Fellowship on a competitive basis.
How to Apply
MSGME does not process printed applications to this program. To apply, you need to use the third-party application service, Apply Yourself.
In addition to the standard application materials required by MSGME, this program requires the following additional supporting materials to be submitted with your online application:
- A personal statement, including a discussion of how you became interested in pain medicine, and what unique qualities you possess that will make you an outstanding pain medicine physician
- A copy of your most recent In-Training Examination scores and a letter from your residency program director.
Applications for each academic year should be completed by April 30.
All completed applications will be considered and a few fellow candidates will be asked to visit Mayo Clinic for a formal interview. Interviews are typically conducted in July.
