Program Description
The one-year Cross-Sectional Imaging Fellowship Program at Mayo
Clinic in Rochester will prepare you for a subspecialty or academic
career in cross-sectional imaging radiology.
The program is designed to provide you with excellent clinical
and academic subspecialty training while you work closely with experts
in the imaging and interventional aspects of cross-sectional radiology.
Training focuses on computed tomography (CT) ultrasound (US) and
magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). With a high clinical volume in
all three areas, and with a large population of diagnostically challenging
patients, this fellowship offers a rich learning experience.
Program History
The Cross-Sectional Imaging Fellowship Program at Mayo Clinic
in Rochester began in 1991. It is anticipated that one to three
fellows annually will complete training in the program.
