Application Process

Positions
There are one to three positions available in the Gastrointestinal Imaging Fellowship Program at Mayo Clinic in Rochester each year on a competitive basis.

How to Apply
MSGME does not process printed applications to this program. To apply, you need to use the third-party application service, Apply Yourself.

In addition to the standard application materials required by MSGME, this program requires the following additional supporting materials to be submitted with your online application:

• A letter of recommendation from your radiology residency program director

You must submit a completed Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education application form and all supporting documentation by March 1 of the year preceding the appointment date. The academic year begins in July.

Appointments are made through the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) Specialty Matching Services (SMS) or the Society of Chairmen of Academic Radiology Department (SCARD). All candidates must register through the SMS or SCARD.

Applicants considered for an appointment will be invited to visit Mayo Clinic for a personal interview with the program director and selected faculty. Interviews are conducted between April and June of each year prior to the match date.
