Before coming for orientation, you're required to have your portrait taken for use on your Mayo Clinic identification badge. You're encouraged to have your portrait taken on the same day you visit campus for your occupational health assessment.
Professional business attire — a suit and jacket for both men and women — must be worn for your portrait.
Mayo's photo studio is located in Room 130E-14 in the Davis Building. It's open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. You can walk in without an appointment.
