Your residency or fellowship appointment at Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education is contingent upon successful completion of a national background study.
If you have a Social Security number, you must complete this within 48 hours of receiving the orientation packet.
If you don't have a Social Security number, wait until you receive one before completing the national background study.
