Program Description
Mayo Clinic offers a three-year Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship Program for physicians who are interested in a career as a clinical gynecologic oncologist.

Our program offers you the opportunity to acquire the factual knowledge and the medical and surgical skills needed to identify, evaluate and treat gynecologic oncology problems. You will be able to apply this training to both clinical and investigative practices.

Accreditation
Mayo Clinic's Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Training Program meets the requirements of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Program History
The Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship Program began at Mayo Clinic in Rochester in 1973. Since that time, 27 fellows have completed their training in the program. Going forward, it is anticipated that two trainees will complete this program annually.
