Program Description

The Obstetric Anesthesia Fellowship Program at Mayo Clinic in Rochester offers additional clinical experience in routine and complicated obstetric anesthesia and newborn resuscitation. You also have opportunities to participate in clinical research during this training.

In addition to the standard application materials required by MSGME, this program requires the following additional supporting materials to be submitted with your online application:

  • A letter from your anesthesiology residency program director

Applications for each academic year, which begins in July, should be completed by December 31.

If you are considered for an appointment, you will be asked to visit Mayo Clinic in Rochester for an interview. Interviews are usually conducted from November through January.
