How to Apply
MSGME does not process printed applications to this program. To apply, you need to use the third-party application service, Apply Yourself.

In addition to the standard application materials required by MSGME, this program requires the following additional supporting materials to be submitted with your online application:

  • Two letters of recommendation from clinician or mentors with first-hand knowledge of your professional qualifications.
  • A personal statement describing why you want to complete an peripheral nerve disorders fellowship

Applications must be submitted nine to 12 months before the program begins. Most fellowships begin in late June or early July.

Applicants considered for an appointment will be invited to visit Mayo Clinic in Rochester for a personal interview with the program director and selected faculty. Most interviews are conducted from October through mid-January each year.
