Qualifications
To apply to Mayo Clinic'c Child and Adolescent Neurology residency, you must have succesfully completed the required preliminary graduate medical education- either two years of pediatric residency or one year of pediatrics combined with one year of internal medicine residency. This training may occur outside of Mayo Clinic. We do offer integrated positions in which an individual may complete the preliminary two years of pediatrics residency at our institution, followed by the child neurology residency.

Neuroscience M.D.-Ph.D. candidates may enter the child neurology program after one year of pediatric residency, subject to approval by the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry. Entrance is at the PGY-3 level.
