The Hospital Medicine Fellowship Program is within the Division of Hospital Internal Medicine.
Faculty
Faculty members at Mayo Clinic actively participate in education. All faculty hold academic rank with Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. Each member of this faculty has developed a focus in clinical research, education or care model innovation that will provide fellows with a broad range of opportunities for personal career growth.
This dynamic group is dedicated to the growth and development of hospital medicine both locally and nationally. Members of the faculty hold key leadership positions in the Society of Hospital Medicine at the regional and national levels.
Advisor
Each hospital medicine fellow is assigned a faculty advisor who can provide comprehensive educational advice and personal support.
Visiting Professors
Many prominent professors visit Mayo Clinic each year. They present their work during noon and/or morning lectures and participate in hospital rounds. Fellows have complete access to these sessions and are encouraged to take full advantage of these opportunities.
