Admissions and Application Process

Several positions are available in Mayo's clinician-investigator training program each year. Positions are filled on a competitive basis. Applicants should have exceptional academic qualifications and be willing to devote the time and effort required to become competent clinicians as well as researchers.

Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education does not accept independent applications for the clinician-investigator training program. Indicate interest in the program on your application for a Mayo residency or fellowship. Additional interviews will be scheduled in your area of interest during the residency or fellowship interview process.
