How to Apply
The academic year begins in July. Applications for the Electrophysiology Fellowship can be requested by writing to mcaelectroprog@mayo.edu between November 1 and March 15 of the year prior to the start of the fellowship.
If you are considered for an appointment, you will be invited for an interview at Mayo Clinic Arizona with the program director and selected faculty. Interviews are conducted between May and June during the year prior to the start of the fellowship.

- Three letters of recommendation (including Program Director of CV)
- ECFMG certificate (if applicable)
- USMLE Board Scores (Internal Medicine)
