Tuition and fees

For 2015-2016, program tuition is $496 per credit. There are 43 credits in the program, and tuition for the full program is $21,328.

A $250 deposit, which is applied to your tuition, is required upon acceptance. Tuition is billed each term — a total of three times a year.

Tuition rates are subject to change on an annual basis for the Medical Laboratory Science Program at the discretion of program and Mayo School of Health Sciences leadership.

Other mandatory expenses

  • $800 (estimated) — textbooks
  • $600 ($200 a term for three terms) — technology fee

Students will be supplied with a Mayo-issued laptop for studies.

  • $21,328 — tuition

Living expenses

Students are responsible for providing their own living accommodations.

Outside work

Students may hold outside employment during the program if it does not conflict with their program responsibilities.

Financial aid

Mayo School of Health Sciences offers financial incentives for students to participate in many of its health sciences training programs. Scholarships, grants and low-interest loans may be available for those who demonstrate financial need.
