There is one position available on a competitive basis each year in the Abdominal Transplant Surgery Fellowship. This is a two-year fellowship.
How to apply
You must apply through ApplyYourself, a third-party application service. Before you apply, contact program coordinator Kimberly M. Fredricksen for instructions on how to access ApplyYourself and to learn what supporting documentation needs to be uploaded with your application.
The application form and all supporting documentation must be submitted by March 31 of the year preceding the appointment date. The academic year begins in July.
- To apply to the program, visit the ApplyYourself website. All applications to Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education programs must include these application materials.
- Appointments are made through the Abdominal Transplant Surgery Match, which is sponsored by the National Resident Matching Program Specialties Matching Service. All candidates must register through the Specialties Matching Service after submitting an application through ApplyYourself.
- Applicants considered for an appointment will be invited to visit Mayo Clinic for a personal interview with the program director and selected faculty. Interviews are generally conducted March through May each year.
