To apply for the two-year Neuropathology Fellowship, you must have a medical degree with U.S. or Canadian specialty training in anatomic pathology.
To apply to the combined four-year Anatomic Pathology Residency and Neuropathology Fellowship, international medical graduates need minimum United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) scores of 200 or above with each step passed on the first attempt and certification by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) before an interview for the program would be offered.
You do not need to complete a transitional clinical year before applying to the combined Anatomic Pathology Residency and Neuropathology Fellowship.
