Two positions are available on a competitive basis each year in the Adult Upper Extremity Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship.
How to apply
You must apply through American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES). Program matches are handled through SF Match, a third-party service. As the application for this year's match cycle is not centralized with SF Match, you can obtain a copy of the application directly from the ASES website.
The application and all supporting documentation must be submitted by Nov. 1. The academic year begins Aug. 1.
- To apply to the program, visit the ASES website. All applications to Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education programs must include these application materials. Email your application and supporting materials directly to Olena (Lena) Davidson, the fellowship's education coordinator.
- To participate in the Orthopaedic Shoulder and Elbow Match process, you must register through SF Match.
- Applicants considered for an appointment will be invited to visit Mayo Clinic for a personal interview with the program director and selected faculty. Interview dates are listed on the SF Match website and also on the ASES website.
- Positions will be offered after the Orthopaedic Shoulder and Elbow Match is complete. Please refer to the fellowship match calendar.
