In addition to the standard application materials required by Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education, this program requires the following additional supporting materials to be submitted with your online application:
- Letters of recommendation from your fellowship and residency program directors
Applications for each academic year, which begins at in July, should be completed by January 18 of the year preceding the appointment date.
If you are considered for an appointment, you will be asked to visit Mayo Clinic in Rochester for an interview with the program director and selected faculty. Interviews are generally conducted annually in December and January.
Applicants considered for an appointment will be invited to visit Mayo Clinic for a personal interview with the program director and selected faculty. Interviews are conducted between October and December the year prior to the fellowship start date.
