Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
Mayo Clinic Alumni Association (MCAA) will gladly accept returned merchandise (and issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping charges) or exchange items. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, while exchanges must be made within 45 days of purchase.
Returns and refunds
When returning merchandise, please include your name, mailing address, email address, phone number and the reason for the return. MCAA cannot be responsible for packages lost during return shipment, so it is highly recommended that you insure your package and obtain a tracking number for it.

A full refund (issued in the original form of payment) of the purchase price is available for items returned within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in its original condition. Refunds on special orders or personalized products (such as chairs, lamps and rings) are subject to manufacturer's guidelines.
Items being returned to MCAA for exchange must be in their original condition. Please include your name, mailing address, email address, phone number and details about your request. Exchanges must be made within 45 days of purchase.
