Purchasing memorabilia
There are two ways to purchase MCAA memorabilia:
- Online. Visit the MCAA online store (after arriving on the online store website, click the "Memorabilia" link in the left-hand menu) to order online with a credit card.
- By mail. Complete the order form on the last page of the PDF version of the catalog. If ordering by mail, you can pay by either check or credit card. Mail or fax your completed order form to the address on the form.
Shipping
For all orders shipped to U.S. addresses, a flat shipping rate of $6.50 is charged unless the order contains a lamp or chair, in which case the shipping rate varies by destination.
If you are having your order shipped outside the U.S., please contact the Alumni Office at 507-284-2317 prior to ordering to obtain shipping cost information.
Sales tax
For all items except ties, scarves and hats:
- Residents of Rochester, Minn., are charged a sales tax of 7 percent on their orders.
- All other residents of Minnesota are charged a sales tax of 6.5 percent on their orders.
No sales tax is charged for orders by residents of all other states.
Return, refund and exchange policy
MCAA will gladly accept returned merchandise (and issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping charges) or exchange items. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, while exchanges must be made within 45 days of purchase.
