Synopsis: Focuses on qualities of leaders who drive organizations to
a higher level of financial performance while valuing diversity and
inclusiveness. Mr. Cashman outlines specific techniques for developing
leadership skills while encouraging contribution, regardless of placement
in the hierarchy. All this is done to strengthen what he calls the "Triple
bottom line", namely the finanical, employee, and customer base
of any organization. The Pillsbury House Theatre's Breaking Ice provides
vignettes about success, challenging times, and leadership. A panel
discussion of diverse leaders highlights the importance of developing
positive leadership and addresses some of the issues and unique challenges
