Just 2.5 hours away is Orlando, Fla., where you'll find the Disney theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios) as well as Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, LegoLand and SeaWorld Orlando.
Tampa Bay, Fla., is about 3.5 hours from Jacksonville and is home to Busch Gardens. Miami is about six hours away, and the Florida Keys are about seven hours away.
