The institutional investment in diversity efforts is spread throughout Mayo Clinic. The Nursing Diversity Committee provides a robust collection of resources to this particular staff audience from the Nursing Diversity Mentoring Program to a variety of education offerings and workshops that add value to the patient care relationship.

Mayo Clinic's library, celebrating 100 years of supporting medical education and research, prominently offers trans-cultural resources to staff and students throughout the institution.
