The Mayo Clinic Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCaTS) provides bioinformatics training and one-on-one consultations for investigators and study teams.
The CCaTS partners with the Division of Biomedical Statistics and Informatics to offer hands-on, in-person training classes on bioinformatics software (e.g. Partek GS, GeneSpring GX, MetaCore, Ingenuity). These courses are intended for researchers who want to learn about principles and methods of data analysis using bioinformatics software and databases.

One-on-one appointments with Dr. Leontovich are available at no charge for investigators and study teams seeking guidance that goes beyond CCaTS bioinformatics training classes and modules. However, one-on-one appointments do not include data analysis. Mayo investigators in need of data analysis services should contact the Department of Health Sciences Research (HSR) (must be logged in to the Mayo network).
