Why evaluate?: In addition to its predetermined evaluations, CTSA Education Resources conducts evaluations of its internal processes and products to ensure its courses, assessments and procedures align with the CTSA's goals and objectives.
What's evaluated?: Areas evaluated include whether the core competencies align with the CTSA curriculum, as well as outcomes of the Postdoctoral Master's Degree Program Comprehensive Written Examination.
How's the data analyzed?: The CTSA evaluation team designs these evaluations and collects, analyzes and reports the data and results.
How are results used?: CTSA program management teams review these results and use them to guide decision making.
