Individual Programs
Why evaluate?
In addition to its own programs, there are several other programs under the umbrella of the Mayo Clinic CTSA. These include an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act supplement; Integrated Science Education Outreach (InSciEd Out), an educational partnership between Rochester Public Schools and Mayo Clinic; and an educational partnership between the University of Puerto Rico and Mayo Clinic. Each needs to be evaluated to ensure quality, effectiveness and efficiency.
What's evaluated?
Participants in these programs are asked to give feedback on their experiences.
How's the data analyzed?
The CTSA evaluation team designs these evaluations and collects, analyzes and reports the data and results.
How are results used?
Individual program leaders and CTSA Education Resources leaders and administrators compare evaluation results to each program's goals and objectives. Results are also used to adjust and improve each program.
