Individual Programs

Why evaluate?: In addition to its own programs, there are several other programs under the umbrella of the Mayo Clinic CTSA. These include an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act supplement; Integrated Science Education Outreach (InSciEd Out), an educational partnership between Rochester Public Schools and Mayo Clinic; and an educational partnership between the University of Puerto Rico and Mayo Clinic. Each needs to be evaluated to ensure quality, effectiveness and efficiency.
What's evaluated?: Participants in these programs are asked to give feedback on their experiences.
How's the data analyzed?: The CTSA evaluation team designs these evaluations and collects, analyzes and reports the data and results.
How are results used?: Individual program leaders and CTSA Education Resources leaders and administrators compare evaluation results to each program's goals and objectives. Results are also used to adjust and improve each program.
