Guidelines
The Mayo Clinic Health System Practice-Based Research Network (MCHS PBRN) has established standard guidelines for network staff. The audience for all guidelines consists of the MCHS PBRN clinical research coordinators, administrative assistant, network director, network operations coordinator, subcommittee members, study teams and others interacting with the MCHS PBRN.
Guidelines are not meant to replace or supersede existing policies and standard operating procedures, but to promote clarification about the MCHS PBRN's operations within the context of those policies.
If a guideline is inconsistent with an individual MCHS PBRN research site's policy or procedure, it will not be implemented without that site's documented prior approval.
