Travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.
A limited block of guest rooms at FireSky Resort and Spa have been reserved for attendees with a special course rate of $259 (maid and bellman gratuity included) up to quadruple occupancy per night. Rates include free Internet in guest rooms and lobby, self-parking and nightly wine reception.
Group rates are honored three days prior and three days following the course dates, based on availability. To make your reservation, call 800-528-7867 (toll-free). Early reservations are recommended.
To receive the special rate, you must make reservations before the room block is filled. Once the room block is filled, reservations are taken based on availability, at the contracted meeting rate.
Attendees are responsible for their own reservations. The standard hotel reservation cancellation policy applies to individual reservations unless otherwise specified.
