Early reservations are recommended. A limited block of guest rooms at FireSky Resort and Spa have been reserved for attendees with a special course rate of $259 (maid and bellman gratuity included in rate) up to quadruple occupancy per night, free internet in guest rooms and lobby, self-parking and nightly wine reception.
Group rates are honored three days prior and three days following the course dates, based upon space availability. To make your reservation, call 800-528-7867 (toll-free).
To receive the special rate, you must make reservations before the room block is filled by the expiration date of February 13, 2013. Reservations are taken following this date based upon resort room availability, at the contracted meeting rate.
Attendees are responsible for their own reservations. The standard hotel reservation cancellation policy applies to individual reservations, unless otherwise specified.
Ground Transportation: Hertz is offering a reduced daily rate for participants attending the course. Call 800-654-2240 (toll-free) and refer to CV Number 03NR0008 when making reservations.
SuperShuttle vans offer airport transportation to and from the hotel. To make reservations, call 800-258-3826 (toll-free) or 602-244-9000.
