Mayo Clinic’s Microvascular Surgery Skills Training Course is a five day program
focused on skill development in the use of microvascular surgical techniques. Limited to four attendees per session, the course allows each attendee to receive extensive, individualized training. The instruction incorporates demonstrations, microvascular skills practice and detailed handouts. Attendees will work with the course instructor to schedule a week that is both

The 19th Annual Urogynecology and Disorders of the Female Pelvic Floor General Session returns as a three-day course, presenting the latest in treatment for urogynecology and female pelvic floor disorders. It is designed for gynecologic and urologic surgeons, allied health staff, and medical practitioners with an interest in the current treatments for pelvic floor dysfunction, surgical management of urinary and fecal incontinence, overactive bladder, and repair of pelvic organ prolapse. The course offers didactic lectures, live surgery video transmissions of advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery, surgical case presentations and panel discussions. The format also includes use of the interactive keypad system, which provides immediate feedback, providing an optimal learning experience for question interaction between the speaker and course participants.
Optional Preconference: Core Lectures in Female Urology and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction - The one-day optional course emphasizes core education in female urology and pelvic floor dysfunction. anatomy, pathophysiology, evaluation, and management of urinary incontinence are reviewed in detail. Pre-registration is required for the April 21, 2010 course.
