Special Group Room Rates

The Wailea Beach Resort & Spa extends the following excellent group rates per room per night to course participants and their families:

Garden View                                       $295
Partial Ocean View                             $310
Ocean View                                         $340
Daily Resort Fee of $20 is included in the room rate. 

All rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to the applicable Hawaii State and hotel accommodations tax which is currently 11.416% per room night occupied.  For additional persons, 19 years and older, a $40.00 charge per night is charged.

Currently, a 4.16% General Excise tax and a 7% rooms transient tax are applicable to the room rate.  Such taxes are subject to change without notice. Porterage is currently $9.00 Round Trip per person and a daily maid gratuity is recommended at $3.00 per room per day.

Check‑in time is 4:00 p.m.  Attendees may be checked in earlier depending on occupancy levels and availability of "ready" rooms.  Checkout time is 12:00 noon.

To make your reservation, contact the hotel at 808-879-1922 and ask for their in-house reservations department.  To ensure accommodations and the discounted rate, please make your reservation by December 30, 2008, and identify yourself as a participant of the Mayo Clinic Selected Topics in Internal Medicine course.  Due to the popularity of this course, we encourage you to make your reservations early!
