Mayo Clinic’s 5th International Spine Symposium will be headquartered at the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows on the Big Island of Hawaii. The symposium begins on Sunday morning, January 31st and concludes Thursday at 12:30 on February 4, 2010.

Course participants can receive a special discounted room rate of $279 per night, ocean view, based on single or double occupancy. These rates are subject to the prevailing Hawaii State General Excise and Room Occupancy taxes, currently at a combined rate of 12.4166% (subject to change). Cutoff date for all lodging reservations is December 29, 2009. Reservations will be taken after this date based on space and rate availability.
