Please note that service charges are not included in the above rate. Porterage and housekeeping gratuities are at the individual’s discretion, but $10 per person, round trip is recommended for porterage, and $3 per suite, per day is recommended for housekeeping.
There is no charge for an extra person sharing a room and no charge for children up to the age of 18 years who share with their parents. Maximum occupancy is four people per one-bedroom suite. Taxes are not included in the above mentioned rate.
The special group rate is offered January 17, 2013, through January 27, 2013, based on availability. Reservations can be made by calling 800-659-4100 (toll-free) and requesting the reservations department. Please identify yourself as a participant in the “Tutorials in Diagnostic Radiology” course when making your reservation.
In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made prior to December 17, 2012. Reservations are taken following this date based on space and rate availability.
Hotel check-in time is 4 p.m. on the day of arrival; and check-out time is before 12 p.m. on the day of departure.
Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.
Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.
